Our headquarters in Canoga Park is located next to Los Angeles’s major freeway arteries, convenient to both Burbank and Los Angeles International Airports. Because effective communications are crucial, we have invested in state of the art computer equipment, mobile communications, and fully equipped home offices. We’re experienced with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and a variety of electronic mail systems.
By properly submitting and following up on purchase orders, MDF requests, merchandise returns, etc., we assist your administrative staff to work efficiently. We make every effort to provide complete, clearly written documents that follow your administrative system requirements and company procedures. Orders placed for ad items, promotions, time-sensitive shipments, new location openings, etc. receive special attention and are noted accordingly. We concisely document sales meetings and provide written summaries when appropriate. All sales visits and presentation meetings are thoroughly prepared. When visiting our territory, you will receive a completed sales call and travel schedule along with the goals and a agenda for each appointment.
