Over the years, we have managed every aspect of a successful rep firm, not to mention our extensive backgrounds at the retail and manufacturing level. We are active members in our trade association and participate in industry events that are for the betterment of everyone’s business. Our energy is constantly rekindled because we enjoy the challenges that our work and profession provide.
A respected sales and management veteran, Steven’s background includes retail management, manufacturing and marketing. Having spent many successful years as a photographer to the movie and television industries is still often called upon for conceptualizing and point of purchase materials. He was a leading participant in the introduction of such major product lines as Compaq and AT&T computers, Sharp home/office products, Mattel Intellivision, and Nintendo.
Prior to opening Next Level, Steven was the Senior VP of Sales for Jack Carter Associates, one of the largest rep firms in the country. Steven has co-authored a comprehensive inter-active sales training program for retail salespeople focusing on profitability, professionalism and building clientele. Further, he created the format and substance of Jack Carter Associates well-known “Sell Thru Program”..
David Lampf is a seasoned sales professional whose career has spanned many facets of the toy and consumer electronics industries. He has earned ongoing recognition for his work and accomplishments.
A creative thinker, David has been instrumental in developing ethnic, import/export, and premium markets. He has been involved in launching many products including Atari, Nintendo, Packard Bell computers, and Emerson audio/video products.
Jeannine Quinn is responsible for Sales Administration and Customer Relations. She has over 16 years of administrative experience for a manufacturer’s representative and exceptional customer service skills
Her understanding of product and programs often leads to increased sales when our customers phone in their orders. She always provides our customers and manufacturers with ‘next level” service.
As our bookkeeper, Melissa is responsible for managing payroll and commissions along with our various companies benefit programs. She also assists in other office administration functions.
